This movie is particularly relevant now as we find ourselves in a global pandemic. Every german government after the downfall of the NSDAP attempted to educate germans about antisemitism and the holocaust. I'd consider that effort mostly successful, still many blame the corona pandemic on the rothschilds / jews. Meanwhile, "Querdenker" protests are providing holocaust deniers, antisemites and conspiracy theorists with a platform and a receptive / narrow minded audience.

The U.S. imported more than rocket scientists at the end of the war. I don't see much difference between the portrayal of jews in this film and the portrayal of middle easterners in more contemporary American films. The distance between the typical american viewer and this film makes the propaganda in the film evident, hopefully in a way that draws their attention to what is essentially the same "mind control" in your average blockbuster film. At least this movie doesn't have product placement.
